Good range of products, but the staff are quite unfriendly, and not very knowledgeable about their products based on my last couple of visits.

They handled products faulty, exchanges & customer care like a dream. The shop is so down to earth, very easy to access & friendly. I have been shopping here for more than 5 years. Would strongly recommend for industrial professionals.
