First time purchaser. Brilliant prices and delivery was so fast. I live in a hard to reach rural property and NO couriers every deliver to the property but their courier, Direct Freight Express, did!!!

Amazing customer service from this store. I ordered a particular hair brush, but as it was not in stock, a text message was sent to me to ask if it was alright to send a similar one to me instead. I received the brush with lots of shampoo/ conditioner/ hair repair samples, which was lovely. I sent them a message again a couple of weeks later to ask if the brush I originally wanted was back in stock so that I could place another order.
