Been going here for close to 16 years. Always a great range of products at great prices.
I never received my order and the customer service was non-existent. The tracking showed an “attempted delivery” on 26/11/2025 and then said it was awaiting collection at the post office on 27/11/2025. When I went to the post office, they confirmed the parcel was never there. I emailed the company on 09/12/2025 with my order receipt and tracking history and received absolutely no response.
