Recently, I’ve had a difficult time finding the opportunity to get my car serviced. When I called, Les answered and immediately remembered my attempt to come in a month earlier. He went out of his way to fit me into the schedule the very next day. That level of personal attention and customer care is why I will always return to SA. The team is consistently considerate, professional, and committed to delivering service excellence.
Bad service. Bad customer service. Took my car on Friday morning. They said it would be ready that afternoon. Never called me back for the estimate. I called multiple times no answer. When I finally got Les on the line he said he would chexk it Saturday. I called Saturday no answer. I finally got someone to answer. They told me they don't work on Saturday and that they haven't even checked my car yet. Been completely impressed with these guys! Customer service is EXTRAORDINARY in a time where it often misses the mark. They offer straightforward advice. Great communication and a friendly and honest service. And even have a Military Discount! They have worked on my BMW and Mercedes and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!!
Working with Adam was some of the best service I have received. My first European vehicle BMW X5. Adam ensured to walk me through the warranty process and ensured me and my vehicle were taken care of. He made a stressful situation feel a little lighter. If he missed a call he was quick to return it. It was such an easy going process. I am very appreciative of the communication , excellent service , repairs , and I will definitely be back for any future service needed.
