If you have any simple dentist problems to deal with forget about it. If you do need extensive work done with your teeth, plates anything then your wasting your time or you have to lie and say your in agony and you will receive a yellow form or if you're lucky after a year you can have a grey form to use at any dentist. Best of luck! The system is completely broken

Personally I had a wonderful experience with my dental student! She was super lovely & answered all my questions (I also have a bit of a fear of the noise of the drill) and she was super accommodating & reassuring
Gilles Plains dental clinic is a horrible place. Office and dental staff are rude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend. My rating minus -10.
Reception staff are quite rude, tried to tell me my mouth wouldn’t be sore after having two teeth removed, even though with basic research it states mouth sensitivity is normal. I didn’t call up for dental advice from a receptionist, I called up to see someone like I was advised to if I was still in pain after the extraction.
