Seriously poor customer service - I'd probably avoid going back here, after I was sold the wrong items upon trusting their recommendation. Then while trying to go back there to exchange it for the right one (as well as purchasing $100 of extra stuff) - it was insinuated that I had somehow used the items, then was told some story about how they tell every customer to keep certain packaging in perfect condition or there is no returns allowed (this never happened) - and that I was somehow 'in the wrong'.
