Talked on the phone with Josh to confirm pricing on advertised items referencing item stock numbers to make sure they knew what they were selling and what I was after, only to have them (not Josh) refuse to honour price when arriving in store to purchase. Edit after response from owner : I made sure to have their internal stock number and item verified on the phone, I even mentioned it was labelled incorrectly hence why I called to confirm. I ordered a part for my car in the middle of the week and one of the old lady's at the front desk told me she'll call me before the close of business to let me know to pick it up. I hadn't heard anything all day so I rang them back only for her to tell me it'll be ready the next day. The next day comes and I still don't receive a phone call by close of business. Could not find two airbag type, electric front Colorado seats in Queensland so sourced them from Josh and SA Auto Spares in South Australia. Nothing was a problem to Josh and his team and they did a great job of wrapping and freighted such a large consignment to Brisbane. The parts arrived within a week. Brilliant service.
