We are an older couple. Our automobile broke down outside of St. Albans West Virginia on the way to North Carolina.. It's a very small town so we weren't too hopeful, but we found SA Auto repair. The owner goes by the nickname Legend. He was so kind. He got his mechanics right on the job, got a part in within an hour, had our car repaired and had us back on the road within 2 hours. His service was over the top, and his fees were very reasonable. We would highly recommend him and his business. Thank you Jim from a grateful In... read more
When I had a sudden flat they really helped me out, I’m a busy mom of 4 and they were so kind to me when I was frazzled. I’ll never go anywhere else now! They were very fast patching my tire too, juggling the customers already there and my sudden ‘emergency’ (emergency to me, not to them lol) :)
They are top notch. They always let you know how much the fix is going to cost before they do the job. They also get it done fast. A+ auto repair shop!
This is our family's second time using SA Auto Repair, myself first then my daughter. I can tell you there is no doubt we will always go there from now on! We were given the most honest, fair prices you could ask for and my daughter and I were both treated with kindness and respect on both occasions. The owner has a heart of gold and I will recommend him and his team to everyone I know.
I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. They told us everything that was wrong and how they were going to fix our vehicle. Kept us informed and checked on us afterwards. I highly recommend SA Auto Repair.
