Had a lady stand there looking over my shoulder and watched my 1year old climb out of playpen and get hurt and said nothing while I was trying to explain I was in active labour. Not taken seriously and lady was rude the entire time not helping asking questions mid contraction scream and then acted like I was ignoring her. Should be fired. Told nurses when I got to hospital she didn't think I was in labour. Awful malicious lady should lose her job. Their great at making a lot of unnecessary noise with their sirens, mainly after midnight and if not all day 24/7. Also drive slowly when doing so. Have seen this many times.

A big shout out to the office staff. I had an issue with my mum and dads membership and it was dealt with by the staff with kindness and courtesy. I’m very impressed.

Full marks to the Ambos who attended me recently. I had double bacterial pneumonia , asthma, plus a virus. They took all of 5 minutes to arrive and start working on me (couldn't breathe). They knew exactly what to do. regards Darrel (Craigmore)
