Thank you to the paramedics and ambulance officers who travelled such a long way to pick me up and transport me to hospital. So kind and such professionalism. We are so lucky to have you in this public service!!

OMG ..trying to get through to talk to someone. I have rung 5 times to be told on four of them that there was a high volume of callers so on three they hung up due to the influx of calls, on the fourth they were having training so no-one was available and yesterday they were updating their system and still experiencing a high volume of calls, so after 20 minutes of waiting in my lunch break I hung up. This review is only concerned with the lack of accountability with the SA Ambulance Eastwood office and trying to get through to discuss a tax invoice and I a have been told the four times I have rung that there have been an unprecedented number of calls and to ring back later and the automated system hangs up on me. So, I tried emailing and got the same response as SA Ambulance is receiving unprecedented amounts of emails. WELL HIRE SOME MORE FOLK to deal with your customers.

Horrible service in terms of payments, lost money, change of their accounts, confused staff, constantly having issues paying off our fees
