I received an empty box instead of of dog toys ordered.
The first two pictures is what I ordered and the last 3 pictures I what I received. Mix-matched chips - the yellow 1000 chip I ordered is clearly brown in the pictures of what I received. S3 refuses to replace the items with the correct chips and stated … “we cannot ensure that the items will come perfectly color matched as these are China made and comes from different manufacturers and so different batches may have some differences.” This is not acceptable and beyond frustrating to not receive the product I ordered and paid... read more
We purchase test tube racks from S3 Stores. The quality and delivery are top notch and their customer service is terrific. You can't go wrong with ordering from this company. Their prices are competitive also.
