This is not a Diverse company as you think, and what's makes it sad is that its a fairly new company to my understanding. You would think this company practices segregation. What i noticed, orientation Is held by a group of Caucasians and Training consist of a group of African Americans. I'm from Texas and that's kinda not the things I'm use to seeing. Been dealing with this company for 3 months and it’s the worst service ever. Do not deal with these people they are racist and they treat people like dogs.
Just celebrated my 3-year anniversary with S3 and couldn't be happier. The culture is great. Communication and collaboration are prioritized & the benefits/PTO packages are amazing. It's great having a Leadership team that truly listens to and cares about their employees.
