The staff listens, is patient, and active in my therapy. I enjoy my time with them and felt it was very productive. I would recommend S2S to anyone needing physical therapy after surgery or an injury.
S2S is a wonderful Pilates studio with incredibly knowledgeable and experienced instructors. It’s my favorite place to take Pilates when I’m in Dallas.
Excellent, individual attention by instructors bc the class is only maximum 6. Instructors are knowledgeable, watch each person and modify as needed.
