I was a client until a minor misunderstanding, and she informed me that she no longer wanted to have a client-professional relationship. At that time, I had an appointment scheduled for May that she made for me and one on June 30 that I made. She canceled the May 10 appointment but did not cancel the appointment I made with a $75 deposit on June 30. She canceled my appointment on June 15 but has not refunded me my $75. Chastity is an UH-MA-ZING stylist. She is professional and knowledgeable. Her salon is immaculate. (It helps that she has snacks…LOL). Day one of my install, she told me I would constantly get compliments. Two and a half years later, daily I am told how wonderful my locs are. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to start their loc journey.
