Let me start by saying one star is WAY too high of a rating for this company. I have been in my current apartment for 10 years, and everything was excellent until S2 took over, constant change of office and maintenance staff, property was not taken care of. Currently facing unresolved maintenance issues, as my AC has been out for THREE MONTHS now, THREE MONTHS, all they have done is stuck a window unit in that barely cools the house. Staff is extremely unresponsive, never return emails or phone calls. Our elevators have been down for 60 plus days with no explanation and no update to when they will be fixed. Poorly redone apartments not worth the money. Edit- elevators still down and now bird shit all over the hallways. None of the doors work and the siding of the building is falling off. Where does the rent actually go?
