Company is sorry. They dont answer emails and you cant talk to anybody.
Awful company. They buy up all the run down apartments that were around 850.00 a month and double the rent. My apartment complex that is managed by them never has anyone in their office. Not to mention a laundry list of complaints. Roaches infested in my apartment when we moved in and had to clean it ourselves. Giant rats in the parking lot also. I don't usually complain, but this is quite ridiculous. Oh and if you do get ahold of someone in the office they are rude and shouldn't be in any kind of management role.
Let me start by saying one star is WAY too high of a rating for this company. I have been in my current apartment for 10 years, and everything was excellent until S2 took over, constant change of office and maintenance staff, property was not taken care of. Currently facing unresolved maintenance issues, as my AC has been out for THREE MONTHS now, THREE MONTHS, all they have done is stuck a window unit in that barely cools the house.
