Was having consistent trouble with maintenance at the park at fountain city in knoxville, but a new supervisor Kris Wilson came on the scene, and got several issues fixed the moment I mentioned them, that I'd been waiting on for almost two years! Great experience, thank you Kris!

I'd requested a concession on this month's rent due to recently having the inconvenience of being without heat in my apartment during the week when temperatures were consistently below freezing. I left voicemails and sent a general message to corporate and unsurprisingly, there's been no response. My heat stopped working the evening of February 16th and I called emergency maintenance. A tech came out and said he had to turn the gas off to the furnace because it was shooting sparks and that he'd have to come by the next day w... read more

This has to be the most unprofessional, irresponsible and unethical company I have ever dealt with, by far. Paying for rent is SO DIFFICULT since they have started managing the apartment complex I live in, not to mention the payment portal NEVER works. In addition to making it nearly impossible to pay rent, they freely add on any Late charges or fees to people’s accounts for NO reason.
