Very hard to contact and get a hold of decor coordinator before and during event, no communication day of wedding, forgot multipal items like candels and charger plates. Very disappointed. Was expecting this to look and turn out a certain way but wasn't the same as promised Very disappointed.
Very disappointing experience, multiple items that were discussed beforehand were missed and were not communicated to me on time. I walked in 15 minutes before the event to find the stage taped with white sheets. I tried calling Natasha multiple times with no response and had to scramble at the last moment to fix the issue myself, causing a lot of stress and anxiety on such a big day. Natasha was amazing from the very beginning of our wedding decor journey. We had spoken to a couple of vendors before choosing Natasha, she seemed to know our vision exactly and never once said she couldn’t do something. She was also very accommodating when it came to working within a budget and helped us wherever she could so that our overall look wasn’t compromised.
