We took our vehicle in to get hail damage repaired by the time it got to being fixed most of the dings had popped out and they sent a bill to my insurance for more than double the bill, the insurance check came in my daughters name and their business name they forged her name to the check and kept all of the money

I have had a horrible experience with this guy- Jay. Not sure if it’s his real name or not. My car was towed on 8-16-23, paid by insurance 8-17-23. He stopped contacting me and refused to talk to me since 9-11-23. And until this day- nothing! My car is still locked up in his shop and refused to talk to me or give me my car back. He is being evicted from the shop now- so hopefully that will be how I get my car back and the work is actually is done since insurance has already paid for the repairs!!! I will not recommend this thief I live in Alabama was in Texas to help clean the trees an debris from the ice storm and my motor went in my truck I paid him 1825 to put a motor in my truck on top of a 225 diagnostic and a 150 towing this was may18 2023 he has had more excuses an lies an still hasn’t returned my truck to me or answer his phone doesn’t return calls or text messages he is a criminal and I am perusing charges against the owner for theft of property an stealing over 2200$ of my money
