gutters don't flow, don't think they touched a level during installation. one run is too long, but they put the cap on anyways impeding the flow. put a downspout in the wrong place. put a wrong color corner on. was supposed to be back this spring to fix and was a no show. was supposed to be back in june and again, no show.
