I went to see Darren for my low back pain and poor hip mobility. After the session I could notice a huge difference, it’s amazing! I had suffered an Achilles injury a year ago. He took his time to assess and had done some work on my hip flexors and abdominals. He helped reset my pelvis and correct my anterior pelvic tilt.
