I think there are some really amazing trainers at S10, but I had a terrible experience with the service/management at the gym. I've been trying to convince my husband to switch gyms and come here. He signed up for a class to try it out and they were running over 30 minutes behind. He signed up for a 10:30-11:30 class and had a meeting immediately after, so couldn't stay for class that was now going to start after 11am. The front desk staff could benefit from additional customer service training, as I called earlier in the morning for additional assistance and was spoken to rudely. However, upon arrival, Jonathan provided excellent service, and the private spa room was amazing. I would definitely return and extend my visit beyond one hour.

i have been popping into wednesday night class a few times. i like the studio and workout styles, the group is small and cozy around 8 people which i like. the down side is the location lol … all the way west side downtown. i would also like to see more night class in the week.

S10 is great, I’ve been going for over a decade probably. Stephen is an extremely intelligent trainer (despite not knowing my waist size), plus he’s WAY older than he looks - so you know he’s doing something right. Unfortunately, he has a terrible accent, but it’s easy to ignore that when you’re focused on staying alive during 5 sets of very heavy barbell lunges.
