Great gym with really friendly trainers that make the 45 minute sessions fly by. All the equipment seems brand new and also love the fact that when the back roller door is open you can workout with a view of the water.
This gym is a great little find! Great location, equipment looks brand new, quick and easy to just pop in and everything is set up ready for you to go. All exercises are well explained, alternatives are offered and support provided if needed. The trainers are kind and welcoming and I feel comfortable here to be myself and work out at my own pace. Thanks you Silvia, Steve and Julie.
Great location, friendly trainers, good mix of various workouts and exercises that suit all types of people. Highly recommend for any fitness level or age!!
The Team at S1 provide a holistic approach to training. They have amended workouts to reflect my limited mobility. Friendly, egoless environment.
