S1 Bondi Junction is a great place to train, highly recommend.
Great gym with friendly members, quality clean gear and helpful trainers. I enjoy the range of class types and exercises. Head Trainer Ricky will also sing for you while you train
S1Training in Bondi Junction ticks all the boxes I’m looking for in a gym/fitness program; full body workouts combining weight training and cardio, consistently varied sessions, knowledgeable and experienced coaches, and a lighthearted and welcoming environment. Huge thank you to Ricky and the team for motivating me to work hard and extend myself (somehow also with a smile)!
Really loving S1 at the moment! The structure changes of each class is a nice variety. It keeps it interesting & motivating as it never feels like you're doing the same exercises over & over. Great equipment & the trainer Ricky has a great energy too :)
