Only thing I suggest is to have somewhere that a guest can at least message you on if your not always available to take calls because like now for instance, I really need to know if I've left my flowers in the room I just stayed in as I'm desperate to get them back but cannot get a hold of anyone.

Our experience at S1 Motel was disappointing from start to finish. We had a clear verbal agreement that no security deposit would be required, yet upon arrival we were told we had to pay one. I was also assured that the bond would be returned the day after checkout — however, it took over 10 days to receive it, despite repeated follow-ups. Here it is 730 at night just back from tea and we have the police knocking on doors downstairs looking for a druggie so here we are in the motel with druggies downstairs and the police here. The noise the swearing is disgusting. It is a disgusting motel. The double bed is two single beds to push together so you’ve got a crack down the centre and it’s coming from away from the wall. Very decent room size with microwave and fridge. Pleas give complimentary water bottles also. Will come back again.
