Shipping was taking alittle longer with everything going on in the World. Customer service was great. THEY called me and emailed to let me know what the shipping status was!! They were always friendly and never seemed annoyed when inquiring, They are a Legitimate company and a good company

Always a pleasure to do business with this company. The customer service is fantastic. The follow up is great. Have ordered 2 very large items and small stuff and have nothing but a great experience. Even a lost box was quickly recovered. So grateful that I discovered this company. Has also been great for advice and being honest with advice given when questioning equipment needs. Great job Yohanan!!

I ordered a small carpet spotter that arrived with a pump issue. I called S and Y and spoke with Berlin. He offered assistance several times, called the manufacturer, and when nothing worked he had the defective unit picked up and sent me a new one that works perfectly. A good guy and good company!
