Had a great experience. Very responsive, fair price and Excellent service. Thank you. Will definitely use you again.
I shopped this machine extensively and decided to go with S&Y. What a great experience! I called with questions before buying and the knowledge of the product and pairing me with the machine I needed. I highly recommend S&Y. Great experience. Thank you again.
Excellent customer service, great product--Thank you!!
Shipping was taking alittle longer with everything going on in the World. Customer service was great. THEY called me and emailed to let me know what the shipping status was!! They were always friendly and never seemed annoyed when inquiring, They are a Legitimate company and a good company
Always a pleasure to do business with this company. The customer service is fantastic. The follow up is great. Have ordered 2 very large items and small stuff and have nothing but a great experience. Even a lost box was quickly recovered. So grateful that I discovered this company. Has also been great for advice and being honest with advice given when questioning equipment needs. Great job Yohanan!!
