My review would be a #0. From the beginning of turning in our 8 &11 month reports for things needing fixed, it has been rude staff and not much being fixed. The latest they replaced a warped door with one that doesn’t match rest of our doors. Many calls have happened, the times they return call is never the same answer to fix my door. I tell people about how I like the house, I give them tour and tell them to RUN.
