We recently moved into a house that has been vacant for more than a year. A friend of mine recommended S+W Pescontrol Plus. I have used S&W for about 6 months and can say nothing but wonderful things. They have handled everything from termite treatment to installing a new water heater. They have reseated toilets in my house, installed a smoke alarm system, did fence repair. They are excellent!
