I ordered a back window april 6 and it July 26 2025 I talked to randy few times he sent wrong window so I got a return label 6 weeks ago and sent it back randy said he would send me the right window well as of July 26 no window no email no phon call iv tried every day for weeks and get no answer all I want is what I payed for or a refund soon or later I will see him at mason dixon drag way I'm looking forward too it
My 16 year old son ordered frame rails as a gift for his Dad for Father's Day. They said they couldn't get them and would refund the money. That was 6 weeks ago and there's no reaching them! I've tried calling and emailing. Do NOT order from them. I'm so hurt for my son..he saved so long for that! $350. I've contacted the BBB.
What a joke. These guys have no communication responsibilities. Not even an automated one. Ordered June 17th....July 15th no product or communication from several times called leaving voicemails and email too. Disappointed 😞
Sw has gone to hell do not order from them they take your order and money no one to talk to no e mails I have contacted the attorney General and the better business bureau what a waste of time and money now I have to fight for my money back you suck sw old owners where great do not order from them
