S&W installed a vinyl fence at our house approximately 1 year ago. Our fence has since needed multiple repairs due to posts breaking in inclement weather and strong winds on separate occasions. I do not know if the quality of their product is at fault for the fence damage as these were instances where the weather was pretty extreme. However, their customer service and response to needing repairs has been very frustrating and cumbersome. They said installing would be simple and pretty fast, and it was. There were no issues and their estimate of when it would be finished was pretty accurate. Recommend highly if you want a new fence or needing repairs.
Second time I've used S&W, will use them again at our next house.
S&W installed a great fence addition for my new puppy. When I required “puppy proofing” of the current fence, their representative gave me a reference to another fence company that provides that service—pretty generous!! Thank you, S&W!!
Todd was great to work with, they beat competitors' estimates, staff was very helpful - and they did a great job! Would definitely recommend S&W Fence!
