Overall, Love the fence. Looks amazing! Communication could have been better.
This was the second company I contacted for a bid. I almost gave up after the first company did not listen to what I wanted and tried to sell me a much more expensive option than I requested. After a recommendation from a friend I called S & W and Tim gave me a bid for exactly what I requested at a reasonable price. The fence was installed by very polite and mannerable men and they cleaned up any mess, dirt, etc in the process. Tim with S&W Fence was amazing to work with! He was always friendly and walked us through the whole process step by step. He was always a phone call away with any questions. They also moved up our install when I asked because we were hosting a party. 10/10!
I’m very happy I choose S&W for my new fence. Dan was great to work with and the crews are excellent. They both took the time to check their work using levels and straight lines to make sure the fence was as level and straight as possible. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves when done. Over all a great experience!!
Quick efficient, and I got what I wanted. Communication was a little spotty at times.
