Dena Melamed is not a client of SW Engineering., although we suspect we know her friend who asked her to post this slanderous review. This person made every decision contrary to our recommendations and is now upset with the consequences and costs related to those poor decisions..
This firm is completely unprofessional. The owners are absent , don't follow up. Their main thing is to make mistakes and oversites and charge you for correcting them once you are already working for them. Don't be fooled, they don't care about your money or your time or your project. A lot of great engineering firms out there, don't deal with Ed or Yakov, this owner duo will just screw you in the end.
