Very nice to work with. Tried to save on cost.
We were halfway through our 6 hour trip pulling our camper when we heard a pop and the check engine light came on. Google showed S & W as being the closest automotive shop nearby. We pulled in and the problem was diagnosed and fixed all within 30 minutes. The owner was super nice and helpful and this definitely was the best service experience we have ever had. So thankful for them!
I have had my vehicle repaired twice in the past year at S&W. Great people to work with; very respectful and kind.
Could not recommend S&W enough! We were passing through on our way to a wedding when my car started making a crazy awful noise. I called S&W while stopped at another auto place in town that said they couldn’t even take a look for at least a week. S&W was so kind and made sense of my sound effects of what was going on over the phone lol and told me they’d take a look immediately if I could make it to them. They helped me right away after the minute I called with just a question and the owner Tyler stopped what he going and came over to where my truck broke down at, towed me to his shop and even worked with the dealership I just bought the truck from 2 days prier. He even talked with dealership and let them know how they were wrong in that it wasn't their problem and he helped talk them into taking care of me.
