Wow I’m so disappointed how they treated me here. Made an appointment for 8am. I told them the day before the heater makes a lot of noise and isn’t heating. I tell them in the morning as well the same… almost 3 hours later they tell I’m good to go.. and I’m like wait there’s still the same noise. And he responds I have to order that piece… and I say why wouldn’t you order it along with the other piece that you ordered. Mind you it’s now 10:45.. almost 3 hours I was here.
