Would give 0 Stars if I could. Went to them to get a simple headlight unit replacement. They told me they would order the part and it would be in within the week. 2 and a half weeks later they still did not have the part and gave me excuses such as several people were sick and they forgot to order the part. That is fine, people forget things but I called several time across the two weeks and every time they said the part would be in soon, I was not notified that the part had not even been ordered for the first 2 weeks of wa... read more

Horrible body shop go else where!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner wants to cuss and hang up on a customer that wasn't happy with the work done! That's the way you run a local business.
I would just like to thank all of the staff at S&W, unfortunately I didn't plan having my car worked on but accidents happen. And I'm so grateful for S&W auto body shop for their timely professional friendly manner. My car was done a week and a half early then expected, I received text messages relaying all of the steps that they did to my car each day. It was a fantastic experience working with them, and they totally have my business if ever needed again and hopefully yours too! Highly recommend! THANK YOU S&W
