Got into a wreck and S&W were super attentive, responsive and kind to taking care of my unicorn RAV4. Monique and Keith are gems! Headed back to NY with her so let’s see how she drives! I trust it’ll be a lot smoother since they took her for a 20 minute drive and back. Also gave her a new oil change. You will not be disappointed with their work!
S&W auto and body in vidor did an amazing job repairing my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport. They did an entire windshield repair also replacing all of my sensors. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of , dealing with insurance and also getting things figured out in general. I really appreciate it. They detailed my vehicle without me asking 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know thanks S&W Vidor.
I here loose pieces in my trunk lid plus not OEM aligned
This company has been very helpful in the repairs of my 2024 vehicle. When insurance was threatening to not cover $700 of the repairs Mr. Keith fought for me until the insurance covered it. I really appreciate Keith not just giving up and making me pay out of pocket. And the repairs were amazing! Looks brand new! Definitely recommend. The repairs did take a while but they were very straight forward from the beginning of it taking longer than expected and I knew that was a possibility because of their transparency.
