He's horrible! I wish I could give negative stars! He has come to my house for a few different issues and has NEVER fixed anything. I have no idea why my home warranty still uses him, they end up having to send a different plumber after him, EVERY TIME! He must hate his job, because he also has the worst customer service and doesn't care that the people he's coming to service are REAL PEOPLE with REAL PROBLEMS.
Very poor service. The Plummer I spoke to was extremely rude and expected me take the entire next day off work just to accommodate his schedule. Told me he would not come out at all on a Friday (my only weekday off work). When I did take time off of work he was several hours late and maintained his poor attitude. Would not recommend to anyone.
SV Plumbing has the worst customer service ever. He was very rude on the phone and was eager to leave the moment he came to our home. Will never work with them ever again!!!
My parents had used Vern separately and through their home warranty company and highly recommended him. He was sent to our home through our home warranty company. I submitted a claim late Friday night (leaking kitchen sink, bad garbage disposal). Vern called me Saturday morning and said he had an opening Tuesday between 11-2. I said that was great but if he had anything sooner on Monday that'd be great as we just had a newborn baby and were obviously using the kitchen sink a lot.
