Truly one of the worse uncaring and dismissive physicians I've ever been un-lucky enough to see. As someone else stated, MAYBE 4 minutes spent with me, never touched my neck, no real questions, did not give any guidance, absolutely nothing. After 20+ years of neck issues that I'm finally trying to address, the dismissive attitude of this doctor just makes me want to throw in the towel. Friendly people from start to finish as soon as you walked in you felt comfortable Took right away care of you. Not a long wait before being called back to room. In a few minutes Dr Jarrell came in. Showed my CT scan even though it was not what I was hoping for but he advised not to have surgery at this time try other options first. I was very happy to hear this and especially that he did not push to go under the knife. Thank you
Dr Jarrell is wonderful, he listened to me, created a great plan of care and has been on the road towards recovery.
Dr Jarrell was very dismissive of my issues. He spent a total of 4 minutes with me. He told me complete opposite of my diagnosis from 4 other doctors. When asked if the other 4 doctors were wrong, he said to get a second opinion. Definitely do not recommend him at all. Very disappointed
