One of my aircraft’s fuel pumps lost a part, which is concerning for such critical equipment. While the issue was resolved, it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Hoping for better quality control going forward.
Top marks to S&T! Our overhauled Eclipse starter now runs smooth and quiet - before, it's always sounded pretty unhappy and one day it just gave up the ghost. Top marks too to Nathan and Nathalie, so friendly and helpful despite possibly being up to their necks in work. I don't think anybody in the UK or Europe knows how to overhaul these inertia starters, so it was always going to be an expensive thing to fix, but we really appreciated your efforts to limit unnecessary cost while delivering a first class job.
