I've been here a few times and thought this was my new local. Stopped in with an appointment on Thursday, June 5th, only to be rushed through the appointment. No one else waiting, just the technician who was more interested on being on her phone. The process for mani/pedi took under 40 minutes for both. It was a somewhat painful experience with her cutting my cuticles, not sure she knew what she was doing. Every time I have been here It's a different process, all the technicians do it differently. I’ve been getting my nails done here for a few months now, and I’m always impressed with the outstanding service and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is wonderful, and my nail technician, Thi, is truly talented. She consistently brings my most intricate nail designs to life with perfection. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place!
