Very rude receptionist Worley and Manju And shame on this kind of practice who charges senior citizens money just for no show and for any forms. This doctor should be banned. No one goes to see doctor for fun. Receptionist misbehaved with my uncle and aunty. The doesn’t properly listen to patients like what is wrong with this doctor.
Dr. Shariff was my childhood doctor until I was 19 years old when I moved cities and had no choice but to change my family doctor. 22 years later, I decided to change back to Dr. Shariff (and my 2 daughters also) and it was THE best decision that I ever made and only regretted not doing it sooner! Dr. Shariff is an awesome doctor and the receptionist, Verlene and Manju are always, always courteous and warm with my husband and me. There are times and days when the wait is longer for sure, that is expected, and many times it is not. Dr. Shariff has been my husband's doctor for well over 30 years and mine for 7, rest assured we are not going anywhere else. I deeply appreciate Dr. Shariff and the ladies. 💗💗💗
I am very frustrated with Doctor Shariff’s appointments. We have been with this Doctor for more than 10 years and it’s getting worse and worse in the recent few years. Every appointment we have to wait minimum 40 minutes to two hours. Today we have appointment for 3:00pm and now it’s 4:30 we are still waiting.
