I don't understand anyone saying Dr. Mohiuddin doesn't take time or listen to his patients and their needs. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and treated me with the upmost respect. I am very grateful to have him as my surgeon.
What I thought was just a cramp turned out to be appendicitis—I ended up needing an appendectomy. I went to a private emergency room at Mueller (51st and H-E-B), where they quickly ran scans and diagnosed the issue. Once confirmed, they immediately contacted my surgeon, Dr. Syed Mohiuddin, and I was in the operating room within an hour and a half. I was out of the hospital just 3.5 hours later. The speed and quality of care were incredible. Two weeks post-op, I’m doing great. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience.
I had bypass surgery on April 9th with Dr. Mohuiddin. I love his honesty and how optimistic he is. I appreciate him taking time to explain everything to me and which surgery he thought we should do and why. I really appreciate it. I had some after surgery difficulties because of scar tissue and each time the doctor took time to stop by or call and check on me while in the hospital. He even called me on Easter Sunday back.
