Horrible job although they didn’t charge me I had a thumping sound when turning right dealer told me is because they did not tighten the bolts nor the control arms these people are not experienced with 2023 + silverados it seems like I don’t recommend they could’ve atleast told me they didn’t had those tightened
I took my husbands toyota in since it had check engine light on and was shaking horribly when driving it. Sal was amazing. The car needed an engine mount replaced. He got us the part the car needed and had amazing customer service and was very helpful since i felt clueless in the process. His shop is fair and transparent. We will continue to bring our cars to his shop. Thank you S & S !
If your not Hispanic do not go here, unfortunately it would appear that service is great within there own ethnicity, but outside cultures! They tend to forget how to show exceptional customer service that everyone has so pleasantly talked about.
Love their Service! Martin and Sal always go above and beyond with their service and along with making sure your car is fixed correctly even if its general maintenance
