Highly recommend this auto shop! Last week, my family and I (from Ontario) were driving through NB on our way to PEI when we got a flat tire about 30km outside of Fredericton on the side of the Trans-Canada Hwy. We were unable to change the flat to the donut ourselves, as we could not find the wheel lock key. Summary: Came to them with 1 problem, had it misdiagnosed, eventually fixed the problem, and left with a new car problem after the costly repair. No accountability from SS Tire; all issues billed to me at full price. Long version: My ABS brakes started activating when braking at low speeds, so I brought it to SS Tire for repairs. I can't say enough great things about this shop! I was driving back to Nova Scotia from Ontario and my transmission started acting up. We spent the night in Fredericton and first thing in the morning I called Jason so see if he could squeeze me in and get me back on the road to get home. They had a fully booked day but managed to get me in. Jason reviewed what the basic amount would likely be to perform the maintenance so I knew what I was in for.
