My name is Karen Thomas im a black female. I went to S&S tires with my daughter to have a tire changed and I was waiting almost 20 minutes because the owner (Terry Herbert) which is a heavy set white man told me that they were currently busy. So I was waiting because I had alot of errands to do and was afraid my tire was going to get a flat if I continued to drive.
