I came here for a full inspection and left disappointed. I waited almost 4 hours, but nobody called to let me know my car was ready. I had to call the shop myself. I also expected a detailed inspection for $130, but received very little information. I had to keep asking questions, and I still didn’t get clear explanations about my car. Another Update 2026-04-15: Brought a new (to us) used vehicle in to assess the cause of a higher speed shudder. As always, we were well taken care of by the good folks at S&S. When I asked about delaying some of the necessary fixes they politely impressed upon me the seriousness of the issues. I appreciate their candor and genuine concern. If I could leave zero stars I would. I came here to get my truck tire patched on the rear passenger side. They got it done in a timely manner, however when I got my truck back I could hear a noise coming from the area I got the patch done. In fairness I didn't hear the noise until I got into my parking garage. I called them after getting home to tell them about the noise and they took no accountability or even worry, they proceeded to tell me there's a $205 diagnostic fee and that I couldn't bring the truck in for a week bec... read more
