Took my $800 (10-12 yr old) vacuum in for a diagnosis, the estimate they gave me was outrageous & then they tried to sell me a last year’s model instead. I told them I would think about it and paid the diagnostic fee when I picked up my vacuum. Got the receipt but their “diagnosis” wasn’t on it. Called back 4x, left messages & spoke with the female owner to please give me what I had paid for-the diagnosis- they “couldn’t find it” but would call me when it did. These people ruined my vacuum then tried to sell me a old vacuum they have no selection to choose from. Plus they were rude, I say do not go to this store to purchase anything. We drove 50 miles and were very surprised of how nice the Vacuum Cleaner stores were in Lincoln !
