I dealt with the outside Sales Rep Deondre Veasey that assured me a tech would come out and spend a whole day to thoroughly diagnosing an issue with our system going into a soft trip and setting off the alarm panel. He quoted me $2K. I agreed but the tech spent less than 30 minutes looking around and then said he couldn't find anything wrong with the system.
