By far the best customer service! We are not officially a customer but I had an issue with the sprinkler at my facility and Dwayne helped me shut down the water via Facetime, and got someone dispatched to me within the hour to have the repairs done so we could operate today. Hands down the best Fire Suppression team I have dealt with!!
