Mark is the best. Works fast and prices fair. Will only use S&S for all my roofing needs.
When I first met Mark, it was right after a storm that blew multiple shingles off my roof. I had several other people before him come out to give me an estimate. Mark was the only person to actually go up and repair my roof even before I chose him to do the new roof job. Very impressive. Fast forward three years to now. I noticed a small leak that formed around my vent pipe going through the roof. I called Mark at 7:30 on a Friday night. He called me back within 30 minutes. S&S has done work for me before, so when I discovered a significant leak in my roof during a heavy rain (NOT due to S&S's work! It was due to storm damage.), I called Mark. He was at my house within an hour and did repairs in a fairly heavy rainfall. I appreciate his professionalism, and he will be my first choice when I need to replace my roof. New review as of 9/24/21: S&S just replaced my roof, and their work was superior, including their cleanup! Mark and his workers take pride in what they do. Easy to work with!
Workers were nice. Worked consistently. However, the company refuses to take the trash from the shingles, palettes, boxes, etc.... paying this much, it's the least you'd expect from any professional company. Now it's our job to break down boxes, and bring the palettes someplace. We've had many professional services at our home during this build , from tree clearing to excavation to foundation to framing/construction and this is a first.
