Richard the landlord is positvely one of the fakest people ive ever met. Will try to explain a problem to you instead of just fixing it professionally and efficiently. Constantly getting strange new maintence men coming in and out of my apartment entire days at a time. One of these maintence men spilled the beans on his last day telling me that this guy will try to charge you for any and everything. If you have children he will blame the damages on them.
