One star is even too much for this place! S&S Properties has the worst Leasing Office Manager ever. They are rude and incompetent! Their lack of communication, follow-through, and overall professionalism has made living here a lot more stressful than it should be. Basic issues go unresolved, and when we do get a response, it's often late or unhelpful.
If I was able to put nothing, I would have give them zero. I have been around the country and outside the country as well. This is the worse place I have ever stayed in my life. A place of cockroaches, mices, bed bugs, all kind insects. Maintenance is horrible awful. You if something goes bad they don’t show up at all you have to keep calling every day. TURN THE HEATERS OFF! Are y’all insane!?!! It’s literally a high of 82 today and we have no way to turn our heaters off!
I understand the need to ask for basic information for verification purposes when applying for a new lease. However, the S&S Properties Management lease office, particularly Bertila (I hope I spelled that correctly), has been quite unfriendly and unresponsive to my questions. She acts as if she is the one paying for my monthly lease. I call every two days to provide any needed information, but she keeps trying to find out where I lived previously.
