Went to their place of business, and I had a question about a pool cleaner(2yrs ago) I had bought from a different establishment, but was warranted through their store. the owner would not answer any questions since I didn’t purchase it off of him and refused to work on it, even though it was guaranteed by the company.VERY RUDE .
