This comment is referring to “Ashley JVL” or Ashley Zoelick, I have been working for my dad for 3+ years now and he would definitely fixed those mistakes… if you would have let him. He told you that he would come back and do a walk through and touch up any work. You did not let him, that is how most painting jobs are completed. They do work one day and come back the next for touch ups. We hired S&S Painting to paint our Oak windows. We chose Russell based on the initial meeting where he said he would “sand them, fill holes, paint, and make them look great.” This sounded like a great guarantee, and paired with the glowing reviews online, it seemed like a great match.
